About Us
Why it matters
Germany is facing a critical shortage of skilled workers, while Kenya is home to a wealth of untapped talent. We bridge this gap ethically and sustainably by preparing and placing dedicated Kenyan individuals into Germany’s growing vocational sectors. In doing so, we empower Kenyan youth and workers, strengthen cross-cultural ties, create meaningful career opportunities abroad, and fuel economic growth at home.
Who can apply
We welcome skilled workers—such as electricians, plumbers, mechanics, healthcare aides, and more—with at least one year of experience, as well as motivated high school graduates who show resilience, ambition, and a strong commitment to personal and community growth.
How it works
Apply by July 2, 2025. If shortlisted, you'll attend interviews and skills assessments. Successful candidates will be matched with opportunities, receive mentorship, and complete medical clearance. In April 2026, you’ll travel to Germany to begin your journey—immersing yourself in language, culture, and career training.
