Talent and Career Pathways is a Kenya-based NGO program established in 2023 that connects skilled Kenyan workers and recent high school graduates with vocational training opportunities in Germany. It aims to empower individuals from financially disadvantaged backgrounds and address Germany’s growing demand for skilled labor.
There are two main categories of applicants:
Experienced Workers must:
Have at least 1 year of experience in a skilled trade or field.
Prove financial need.
Provide relevant documentation and recommendations.
Demonstrate a willingness to contribute to charitable causes.
Youth Scholars must:
Have completed secondary school (KCSE or equivalent).
Show strong recommendations and interest in vocational training.
Yes, for selected applicants, the core program is fully funded. This includes:
Application and processing fees
Pre-departure training and medical screening
Travel and relocation support
Language training and vocational integration in Germany
However, applicants are expected to be cooperative during interviews, assessments, and documentation processes.
Applicants should prepare:
National ID or Passport
Academic certificates or transcripts
CV or resume (for workers)
Proof of work experience (e.g., contracts, recommendation letters)
Personal statement or motivation letter
Financial need statement (if possible)
Recommendation letters (minimum one, preferably two)
We prioritize applicants with skills in high-demand vocational areas such as:
Plumbing and Electrical Installation
Mechanics and Automotive Repair
Healthcare Support and Nursing
Welding and Metalwork
Construction Trades
Hospitality Services
Agriculture and Farming Techniques

Yes, Kenyan residents (refugees, asylum seekers, and permanent residents) who meet the eligibility criteria can apply, especially if they are financially vulnerable and skilled.
